Concertina Coil is a high-security perimeter barrier made from razor barbed tape formed into a helical coil. It creates a strong physical and visual deterrent against unauthorised access, intrusion and trespassing, making it suitable for securing industrial, commercial and infrastructure sites.

Our standard Concertina Coil is manufactured to a high standard using quality steel and spring steel wire suitable for demanding perimeter-security applications. For customers seeking enhanced material specifications, we also offer premium options using Tata Kosh steel sheet and Usha Martin high-tensile spring steel wire. These premium materials are available on request and provide additional strength and resilience for applications where higher-performance materials are preferred.

BSMW uses hot dip galvanized steel sheet for the making of the razor barbed tape, and high-tensile spring steel wire for the core wire. Wherever higher-performance materials are required, BSMW opts for Tata Kosh steel sheet for its razor barbed tape and Usha Martin high-tensile spring steel wire for the core wire. This combination provides the strength, spring characteristics and durability required for a high-performance perimeter-security barrier.
